We couldn’t be more excited about a well-known and respected training team and facility adopting PushX3 as part of their workout regimen, unsolicited!
By integrating PushX3 into their client’s workouts, they are pushing the limits of variation and movement, and have already shown us some fantastic new adaptations and modifications to provide the most efficient benefits, as well as diversifying, the pushup workout!
